Our campaign is about rebuilding an America where everyone can achieve the American Dream once again. Families are stretched thin, prices keep climbing, and Washington is stuck fighting instead of fixing. It’s time for leaders who show up ready to compromise, ready to solve problems, and ready to deliver real results—not endless gridlock.

The cost of living is out of control, and one of the biggest drivers is the exploding price of college. For years, federal guarantees on student loans have allowed tuition to skyrocket, fueling higher wages, higher rents, and higher prices across the entire economy. Even Americans who never set foot on a campus are paying the bill.

 

We can change that!

 

Let’s end the blank check system that rewards colleges for raising prices. Let’s require them to use their resources wisely, and increase the quality of education by increasing competition. When we take away guaranteed federal money, we reduce pressure on rent for students and the surrounding area, we reduce the cost of tuition, and we reduce the cost of college supplies like textbooks.

And we’re not stopping there!

 

I’m running for Congress because working Iowans are being crushed by the rising cost of everyday life. Inflation has made groceries, gas, and housing harder to afford, and Washington hasn’t done enough to bring prices back down. I’m committed to restoring fiscal responsibility, strengthening our supply chains, and supporting policies that lower costs for small businesses and families alike. It’s time for leadership that puts Iowans first and fights to make life more affordable for everyone.
